Since most of our products are custom-made by order, you have 24 hours after placing your order to change or cancel your order. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by fax or email. Our manufacturers will not allow us to cancel an order once it is placed into production and can only be cancelled at their discretion. Once your order has shipped, you will be responsible to pay all shipping charges involved to return your order.


  1. Our 100% Money Back Guarantee applies ONLY to our memory foam mattress gallery purchased after May 15, 2018.

  2. During the first 100-120 nights of ownership (depending on brand) from date of delivery, you (the original purchaser) may initiate an exchange or return of your mattress for any comfort issue, for a 100% money back guarantee, or exchange to any other bed in our showroom or website. Please remember that it can take a few weeks to adjust to any new mattress so we kindly ask that you give the bed a full 30 nights trial before contacting us about exchanging or returning.

  3. It is best to purchase a mattress protector at time of purchase as your mattress must be free of damage, stains, free of bed bugs, mold or any other condition less than the new condition at delivery to be approved for return.

  4. After you have tried the bed for 30 days and during the 100-120 night trial period, you can exchange for a different feel or mattress or initiate a refund. We will pick up the mattress if local or assist you in donating the mattress to a local charity. We can work with you to find one.

  5. Mattress must have the original law labels attached – these have identifying serial numbers and dates that are pertinent to the return of your mattress.

  6. Refund will be issued upon receipt or picture of donation or pickup and returned to the original payment method used. While refunds are issued the same business day, it can take up to a week for some credit card processors to post your refund.

  7. There is no fee to return if initiated between 30 and 100 days of the trial period.

  8. Any stains on the mattress will void the return privilege.

  9. Returns are for comfort issues only during the initial 100 nights trial period. 

  10. All materials have scents, even natural materials especially when new, and all our mattresses have been independently certified for content, emissions, safety and durability. All scents are naturally occurring and will dissipate. Our mattresses are made with certified materials and cannot be returned for allergy or sensitivity claims. If you feel that you may be sensitive to the materials used to make mattresses, we will gladly provide you with samples to test before you make you purchase.

  11. All Mattresses must be opened within 30 days of delivery or return privilege is void.

During the initial 100-120 night's trial period, upgrading to a different size is not covered by our comfort guarantee but you can pay the difference to do so. Once a return/exchange is authorized by Healthy Bed Store, you have 30 days to complete the return/exchange.

Pillows, Toppers and Bedding – Sorry, there are no exchanges, comfort guaranty or money-back return policy on pillows, toppers, bedding and mattress protectors once opened and used. We may be able to a loan floor model sample to you to try for 1-2 days before purchase.


Please note that the Healthy Bed Store, unlike most mattress chain stores, does NOT take returned mattresses, have them chemically sterilized and then resells them in their outlet discount store – you can tell if they are a used mattress by the required yellow law label
