Only The Healthy Bed Store has a Lifetime Mattress Comfort Guaranty. Here's the details:


Since most of our products are custom-made by order, you have 48 hours after placing your order to change or cancel your order. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by fax or email. Our manufacturers will not allow us to cancel an order once it is placed into production and can only be cancelled at their discretion. Once your order has shipped, you will be responsible to pay all shipping charges involved to return your order.

As a valued Healthy Bed Store (HBS) mattress purchaser, our Lifetime Comfort Guarantee will give you the peace of mind of knowing we care about your comfort for the lifetime of your mattress. Here is how it works:

  1. Memory Foam Mattresses - During the first 100-120 nights of ownership from date of delivery (depending on brand), you (the original purchaser) may initiate an exchange or return of your mattress for any comfort issue, for a 100% money back refund, or exchange to any other bed in our lineup. Please remember that it can take a few weeks to adjust to any new mattress so we kindly ask that you give the bed a full 30 nights trial before contacting us about exchanging.

  2. Signature Fit Mattresses - For any comfort issue during the first 100 nights of ownership from date of delivery, HBS will provide a One-Time Free 2” Latex or Memory Foam Layer. You may receive a half or full layer of any firmness. There is no money-back return policy.

  3. Savvy Rest Only – This manufacturer provides you with a 90 Day Layer Exchange.  You are allowed up to three layer exchanges and customer pays $190.00 round-trip shipping cost. There is no money-back return policy.

Any Other Mattress Brand and All Floor Models – If you have found after the 100 night trial that you find you need a firmer or softer mattress, or you need to change to a small or larger size than your original purchase, you are entitled to a One-Time Comfort Exchange for the lifetime period that you own your mattress. There is no money-back return policy.

You will receive 50% of the purchase price of the mattress you purchased towards any other mattress we sell at our current in-store purchase price. You will pay the difference between the purchase price and the 50% credit and if the mattress you select is less than the 50% credit, the remaining amount will be given to you as a store credit.

Details of the Lifetime Comfort Guaranty: 

I. The lifetime comfort guarantee applies only to mattresses purchased after May 15, 2018. Beds purchased before this time still enjoy our 100 nights comfort guarantee.

III. It is best to purchase a mattress protector at time of purchase as your mattress must be free of damage, stains, free of bed bugs, mold or any other condition less than the new condition at delivery to be approved for return.

IV. After the 100-120 day trial period (depending on brand), you can exchange your mattress for a 50% credit of the purchase price you paid towards another mattress that we carry. If the new exchanged mattress price is less than the 50% credit, the difference will be issued as a store credit.

V. There is no fee to initiate a comfort exchange unless you are out of one-hour-distance delivery area. There will be a minimum $199 delivery fee to pickup and exchange your mattress.

VI. Any stains on the mattress will void the return privilege.

VIII. All materials have scents, even natural materials especially when new, and all our mattresses have been independently certified for content, emissions, safety and  durability. All scents are naturally occurring and will dissipate. Our mattresses are made with certified materials and cannot be returned for allergy or sensitivity claims. If you feel that you may be sensitive to the materials used to make mattresses, we will gladly provide you with samples to test before you make you purchase.

VX. All Mattresses must be opened within 30 days of delivery or return privilege is void.

X. International sales do not qualify for our exchange program. These sales are final.

XI. Once a return/exchange is authorized by Healthy Bed Store, you have 30 days to complete the return/exchange. 

XII. If your exchange bed doesn't work out, contact us and we can discuss other options to make it work to keep you sleeping well. Once the One-Time Comfort Guarantee is redeemed, the guarantee is exhausted.

XIII. Mattress must be free of damage or stains and used on a non-flexing slatted box foundation or slatted platform surface (maximum 4" gap)in order to be approved for return. Mattress must be free of bed bugs, mold or any other condition less than new.

XV. Comfort guarantee sales are final and valid only to original purchaser.

BEDDING PRODUCTS (Pillows, Sheets, Mattress Protectors, Comforters, etc)  – We offer a 100% refund upon return of bedding product that was purchased from our store inventory, has not been opened or used and returned within 30 days of purchase. Online customers will pay for the return shipping back to our store.

Once opened and used, there is no money-back refund policy on any bedding product purchase due to federal and state hygiene laws. We will not refund any bedding product that was made-to-order, typically organic products whether if it is opened or unopened – custom orders are final.

ADJUSTABLE BASES, FURNITURE, FRAMES & HEADBOARDS – There is no return or refund on purchases of any adjustable base, wood or metal bed frame, headboards and accessories related to these items as these are all considered custom order. In the event you decide to change color, style, model or size of these items and your previous custom order  purchased item is now in stock, we may agree to put that item on consignment and once sold, all funds will be returned to you.
