When you walk into the Healthy Bed Store you may notice that the lights are not as bright as a typical retail store.  That’s by design.  When you are reclining on one of our beds you don’t want bright lights shining in your eyes.  You’re not being interrogated like those old movies where the cops shine a lamp into a suspect's face to get them to confess.  Although you may be guilty of sleeping on a worn-out mattress you’ve probably already paid for your “crime” with body aches and other discomfort.

At the Healthy Bed Store we consider ourselves more than just a mattress store.  We would describe ourselves as a sleep and wellness center.  There seems to be very little doubt that quality sleep is as necessary to good health as eating, breathing and exercising.

Beyond that our roots are in pain-management therapy.  Selling mattress, adjustable bases and other sleep products goes beyond just making a living it’s part of our mission to provide you with quality products in a transparent and low-pressure setting.  Our products have been third-party certified for content, safety, durability and emissions.

We designed our space to be a welcoming environment with softer lighting and warm colors.  We also added a bit of whimsy with wall mountings and other art from the Dr. Seuss collection.    We don’t serve green eggs and ham, and there are no cats, especially those in hats, but we do try to make your shopping experience as painless as possible.

We’ve arranged our store by sections to make it easier for you to know if you are looking at foam, latex or an organic mattress.  We know how the mattresses in our store are made and the materials that made from.    The products at the Healthy Bed Store are selected due to the quality of the products as well as the integrity of the companies that manufacture them.

We want to give you the time and space you need to select the mattress that is right for you. We understand that one visit may not be enough as you sort through your selection process.  We’ve had customers come in multiple times until they were comfortable with their selection.  We’ve even had customers test our beds using bowling balls.  Not that we want this to become a trend, we are just making the point that we work with you.  We know how important it is to choose the right mattress set or adjustable base or pillow.
