Healthy Doesn't Have to Mean Expensive

We're proud to be The Healthy Bed Store because we feel that you deserve a good night sleep. Sleep is restorative and absolutely essential to good health.  We also want what you’re sleeping on to be healthy.  That’s why our mattresses are third-party certified for content, safety, durability and emissions. 

Sometimes though we get the impression that people think that because we’re selective in the merchandise we carry our products won’t fit their budget.  Yet in the end they may spend more elsewhere than a comparable product would sell at our store.  I recognize that the term “comparable product” can be subjective and admit to a certain bias toward our products.  However, the point is, we don’t want you to assume that a Healthy Bed is beyond your budget.  Instead we invite you to come in to see our line of mattresses, adjustable bases and other bedding products.

We understand your reluctance to come into a mattress store.  You don’t want to be subjected to high-pressure tactics or listen to mattress jargon especially when you’re first starting to look for a new mattress or adjustable base.  That’s why we try our best to educate and informed rather than to pressure you into a purchase.

In the end if you’re not happy with your purchase we’re not happy because our business depends on satisfied customers.  We’re thrilled when people come back for a second mattress or refer their neighbors and friends to our store. 

But back to the basics of price.  When you come into our store you may notice that we don’t post prices.  That’s by design but not to trick you into selecting a higher price mattress.  We have our store divided into sections.  For example our memory foam mattresses sell for a lower price than our top-of-the-line latex mattress.  Organic mattresses due to their materials and certification may carry a higher price tag.  So if you are interested in staying under a certain dollar amount we will do our best to show you products in that price range.

However, we do have opinions on the relative merits of our products.  We highly recommend a latex mattress and may ask for time to explain why.  But in the end we want you to enjoy spending time in our store and leave better educated than when you came in.  And if we can help you select a mattress that will be comfortable, supportive and durable for years to come all the better.
