Old Mattresses Proven To Cause Chronic Back Pain

Published in the January 2006 issue of The Journal of Chiropractic Medicine, this study performed by the Oklahoma State University found that participants who suffered from persistent back pain found immediate and significant relief by switching to a new mattress and that the improvement persisted long after the mattress change was made.
